Gillian graduated from the Soochow University with a Bachelor’s degree in law. She then completed her Law Master of Laws (LL.M), Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (P.C.LL.) at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She qualified as a PRC lawyer before she joined J.D. program.

Gillian joined CLCMC as a trainee solicitor in 2024.

She speaks English and Mandarin.
