Frankie graduated from University of Leicester with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours). He then completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Frankie qualified as a solicitor in December 2022 and he joined CLCMC as an assistant solicitor in April 2023.

He has experience in civil litigation as well as corporate and commercial matters. He also has experience handling criminal litigation and personal injury matters.

He speaks fluent Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
