He acted for listing applicants engaged in various industries on the initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and acted for listed companies in Hong Kong on compliance and regulatory matters.

Richard is also experienced in fund raising exercise of listed companies in Hong Kong, including placing of shares under general mandate and specific mandate, rights issues and open offers.

He speaks fluent Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
