Albert has over 16 years’ experience in litigation in Hong Kong, having practiced as a barrister, a solicitor, and served as a Deputy Magistrate.

He was called to the Hong Kong bar in 2007, practicing as a barrister for 9 years with a focus on criminal litigation.

In 2016, Albert was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong.

His solicitor practice centers on commercial litigation and arbitration, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, contentious insolvency proceedings, property-related disputes, and competition law enforcement action. He also has experience in criminal, matrimonial, and probate matters.

With a civil engineering background, Albert graduated with a B. Eng in Civil Engineering and worked in the industry for 5 years. He is a member of Engineers Australia (MIEAust).

He is proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
