David graduated from Queen Mary University of London with a Bachelor of Laws. After graduation, he completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (P.C.LL)at The University of Hong Kong.

David joined CLCMC as a trainee solicitor in 2025.

He speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
