Frankie graduated from University of Leicester with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours). He then completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Frankie qualified as a solicitor in December 2022 and he joined CLCMC as an assistant solicitor in April 2023.

He practices mainly in the area of dispute resolution, with a focus on civil and commercial litigation and criminal litigation. He also has experience handling bankruptcy and insolvency matters and non-contentious matters.

He speaks fluent Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
